1A-DII Sub-State at BV-Randolph - Championship
B&B Falcons worked out to a 28-15 advantage at the half over Axtell, but the Eagles used a 15-6 3rd quarter to cut the lead to four after three quarter's of action and then tied that game at 38-38 late in the contest. B&B with the possession worked the clock down and Ashley Scmitz banked in the game winning layup from the near side block.
B&B was led by Laura Sudbeck who scored 14 points, while Katie Huerter added 10 points and Cassidy Hulsing added 9 points on three three-pointers.
Axtell in the loss was led by Kiersten Talbot who scored 13 points, while Megan Buessing added 12 points.
