Valley Heights and Valley Falls for the third straight year played in a game decided by single digits with the Mustangs grabbing the win this time. Valley Heights led 21-6 at the half but behind a 16-0 3rd quarter Valley Falls lead 22-21 going into the 4th quarter, until the Mustangs took the lead back and for good. Keaton Dewalt finished with a pair of TD runs and 116 yards on 17 carries, while Logan Woodyard had 17 carries for 165 yards and TD and Gage Woodyard had a pair of TD runs. Valley Heights as a team ran for 335 yards.
Ty Gatzemeyer finished with 3 TD runs, while Koltyn Maltsbarger added a TD run for the Dragons. The Dragons had 3 turnovers in the matchup.
