Twin Valley League golf teams hit the links on Monday as Onaga played host to the action and the season kept rolling.

It was another tournament team title for the Frankfort Wildcats as they won the action by 60-strokes finishing with a 339 team score. Centralia, Valley Heights and Onaga rounded out the team scores with 399, 423 and 450 scores. Washington County was also in action but did not have a full team.

Frankfort won the team title by such a wide margin by having the Top four individual rounds on the day. The top spot belonged to Branden Bussmann who shot a 78 posting the best round by seven strokes. Josh Tynon, Austin Hardwick and Spencer Dressman followed Branden finishing second, third and fourth with rounds of 85, 86 and 90, respectively.

Centralia Panthers had golfers finish fifth and sixth as Nathan Rempe and Nathan Haufler shot rounds of 92 and 97. Kenton Talley finished a 98 on the day and placed eighth for the Panthers.

Leading Valley Heights was Bryan Yungeberg who carded a 97 to place seventh on the day, while a 99 by Carter Popejoy earned him ninth place.

The host Onaga had KC Koelzer earn tenth place after shooting a 99 at the competition.
