The Sabetha girls tennis team continued its season Thursday on the road at the Seaman Invite which was rescheduled from Wednesday.

The Bluejays picked up two second place finishes in the meet to go along with a third place finish as well.

In No. 2 singles action Bree Voos had a strong day as she went 2-1 in the tournament to finish second, while the No. 2 doubles team of Kinsey Menold and Hannah Wertenberger also went 2-1 to take second.

The No. 1 doubles team of Brooklynn Bauman and Kirsten Wenger also went 2-1 on the day, but fell in their opening match which meant the best they could finish was third place. The duo went on to win the next two matches to take third, which finished off the day for the Bluejays.

Next up for the Sabetha girls tennis team is the Hiawatha Invitational Saturday, which is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m.
