Redmen Football Picks Up Seven All-KCAL First Team Selections

The Kansas City-Atchison League released the all-league football teams for 2018, and the Atchison Redmen finished with seven players on the first team.

On offense Atchison had Riley Smith and Nick Funk earn spots on the first team offensive line, while senior running back Sercy Duncan was a first team selection as well.

The defensive side of the ball saw the Redmen earn three more first team selections, as Heath Baker and Malakhi Vick both named as defensive backs while Patrick Denton earned the honors at safety.

Atchison was rounded out on the first team by kicker Kevin Scott, as the Redmen finished the season with an overall record of 4-5.
