KSHSAA Announces Sub-State Assignments for 2018-19

The 2018-19 high school basketball season is scheduled to get underway this week and with that the Kansas State High School Activities Association has released sub-state assignments for the upcoming season.

The biggest changes this season come in Class 1A, which will hold 16 regional tournaments that will take place before eight sub-state tournaments will be held with those eight winners advancing to the state tournament.

To go along with the changes to the 1A classification there also changes to the state tournament locations, as 1A will now be at Dodge City while 2A will be at Hays instead of Manhattan where it typically was.

Sub-State tournaments are scheduled for the week of February 25 through March 2, while state tournaments will take place March 6 through March 9.

Below is the complete list of sub-state assignments across the state for the 2018-19 season.
