KCCCA Rankings – 6-5-4A & 3-2-1A

The high school cross country season is a little over a month completed and over the weekend the Kansas Cross Country Coaches Association released the newest state rankings with four area teams named.

In Class 3A the Hiawatha girls are ranked sixth after last season taking fifth at the 3A state meet and received 18 votes in the second poll.

The remaining area teams come from Class 1A with Doniphan West ranked third and Centralia sixth on the girl’s side while the on the boy’s side the Axtell Eagles are ranked second.
