Twin Valley All-League Volleyball Teams Announced

Twin Valley All-League – Selections

The high school volleyball season ended over the weekend for all area teams and with that the Twin Valley League has announced the all-league teams for 2019.

The undefeated league champion Valley Heights Mustangs earned three players onto the first team as Sam Vermetten and Kennedy Stevenson each earned honors for the second straight year while Emma Toerber earned a first team nod as well.

Centralia finished second in the league standings with their only league loss coming to the Mustangs and the Panthers were led by Kennedy Becker and Morgan Kramer each earning first team all-league selections.

Frankfort added two more first team selections after taking third in the league with a 9-3 record and Kennen Brandt added a second straight selection on to the first team while she was joined by Grace Dressman.

The only other team with multiple first team selections was Clifton-Clyde who went 9-3 in the league and the Eagles finished with Kiara Knox and Payton Girard as first team all-TVL players.

Hanover, Linn and Wetmore rounded out the first team as the Wildcats had Tianna Lohse earn a selection while Linn had Elizabeth Bott and the Cardinals Reagan Osterhaus.
