Riverside Wrestling Leads Area Teams at Sabetha Dual Tournament

Sabetha Dual Tournament – Results

The high school wrestling season continued Saturday for area teams competing at the Sabetha Dual Tournament and the best team finish came from Riverside who claimed fourth out of six schools competing.

The Cyclones had four individual winners on the day as Conner Hayes went 5-0 at 126 pounds while Beau Horn was 3-0 at 138, Luke Horn 5-0 at 160 and Kaedin Juhl 5-0 at 220.

Ben Trueblood of Riverside also had a second-place finish at 285 pounds to round out the day for the Cyclones.

The only other area team in action at Sabetha was the host Bluejays who had one first place finish with Walker Lowdermilk going 5-0 at 170 pounds.

Sabetha also had Colby Tinklin go 4-1 to finish second at 182 pounds while Jared Kruse went 3-1 to finish runner-up at 195.
