Perry Lecompton Wrestling Competes at Goodland Holiday Classic

The high school wrestling season continued Saturday for the Perry Lecompton Kaws who were in action at the Goodland Holiday Classic.

The Kaws had eight wrestlers in action and six picked up victories on the day led by Mason Bahnmeier who placed fifth at 113 pounds with a 3-2 record.

Grant Roush also placed sixth at 160 pounds with a record of 3-2, while Brett Paramore finished seventh at 106 pounds with two wins on the day.

The Kaws also got single victories from Christian Conklin 120 pounds, Mitchell Root at 170 pounds and Sean Urban at 285 pounds.

Perry wrestling now takes the holiday break before getting back in action January 9th with a home quad beginning at 5 p.m.
