11 Area Wrestlers, Two Teams Ranked in Latest KWCA Rankings

KWCA Week Four – Rankings

It’s week four of the high school wrestling season and with that the Kansas Wrestling Association has released the newest set of rankings with 11 wrestlers ranked and two teams.

In Class 4A the Holton Wildcats are ranked seventh as a team with three guys ranked inside of the top six of their respective weight class. Kolby Roush leads the Cats ranked second at 138 pounds while Jake Barnes is third at 113 and Konnor Tannahill third at 195.

In the 3-2-1A classification the Riverside Cyclones are ranked 10th as a team with two guys ranked as Beau Horn is second at 138 pounds while Luke Horn is third at 152.

The final two ranked wrestlers on the boy’s side is Sabetha’s Walker Lowdermilk who is ranked third at 170 pounds while Perry Lecompton’s Hayden Robb is fourth at 220.

On the girl’s side the Big 7 is well-represented including two girls in the 130-pound weight class alone as Royal Valley’s Maya Ogden is ranked second while Jeff West’s Montana Grahem is ranked sixth.

The final two ranked girls come from Sabetha and ACCHS as the Lady Jays have Kylie Merideth ranked fourth at 191 pounds while the Tigers’ Drucilla Longbrake is second at 235.
