Sabetha Wrestling Duals – Results

The high school wrestling season rolled along Saturday as Sabetha hosted a dual tournament and the host Bluejays took home a second-place finish to lead area teams.

Sabetha went 4-1 on the day with wins over HTRS, Auburn, Washburn Rural JV and Riverside before falling to Silver Lake in a tight battle losing 48-34.

The best finish came from Jacob Kuenzi who went 4-1 on the day in the 182-pound weight class while Landen Carr at 220, Kaden Dillon at 170 and Joshua Grimm at 285 each went 2-1.

Riverside also had a pair of wrestlers in action as Ben Trueblood went 3-2 on the day at 285 pounds while Conner Hayes was 4-0 at 132.
