Head Coaches Announced for 2022 Shrine Bowl

The Kansas Shrine Bowl Board of Directors announced the 2022 head coaches for the 49th game that will be held next summer. 

Wichita Collegiate's Troy Black and Basehor-Linwood's Rod Stallbaumer. 

Black will lead the West and Stallbaumer will lead the East. This will mark Stallbaumer's 5th Shrine Bowl appearance while Black served as an assistant last year and made his first appearance in the Shrine Bowl in 1999. 

The 49th Kansas Shrine Bowl will take place on July 23rd at Carnie Smith Stadium in Pittsburg. This will be the 6th time the game will be played in Pittsburg.
