Cross Country Regional Assignments Announced by KSHSAA

The Kansas State High School Activities Association has announced the 2021 Cross Country Regional assignments. 

There will be four regionals in Class 3A and 2A and three regionals in Class 1A. 

Three teams will qualify for state in Class 3A and 2A with four teams qualifying in Class 1A. 

Top ten individuals runners will qualify with the possibility of addional runners to be added. 

In Class 3A, Sabetha will be hosting at Sabetha Golf Course. Teams competing will be Sabetha, Pleasant Ridge, Hiawatha, Royal Valley, Jefferson West, Perry Lecompton, and Nemaha Central. 

In Class 2A, Chase County will be hosting a regional with Valley Heights, ACCHS, and Jackson Heights. Central Heights will also be hosting with Maur Hill, McLouth, Oskaloosa, Riverside and Jefferson County North. 

In Class 1A, Centralia will be hosting a regional with all of the teams in the Twin Valley League competing. 

Also in Class 4A, Atchison is in the Topeka West regional.
